Pet Society

Pet Society is a game on Facebook where you create and customize your pet and basically clothe it, decorate it's house, and play with it.

To start off Pet Society, you get to make your very own pet. You can choose what color it is, it's head shape, ears, face, nose, eyebrows, eyes, and mouth. There are a lot of choices for each so everyone's pet will be different. After that you can choose if you want your pet to be a boy or a girl and then give it a name.

Like many games on Facebook, Pet Society has a tutorial. Basically it tells you everything you need to know about taking care of your pet, like how to wash and feed it. Then it takes you around town to visit all of the shops. One thing I like about Pet Society is that the map isn't just a list of stores where to go. It's an actual map of the town. There's also a section called Visit Friends, where you can go and walk around your friends houses and visit their pets.

That brings me to another thing I LOVE about Pet Society. You don't have to send Neighbor Requests to you Facebook Friends to be Pet Society friends with them. If you have a Pet Society, you will automatically be a friend to all your other Facebook friends who also play Pet Society.

When you're playing Pet Society, you'll notice that there isn't an Energy Bar. There's only a Love Bar, which shows basically how happy your pet is. Your pet can get more happiness by you feeding it and playing with it. There are also many things for you to make your pet do. You automatically get a house for your pet, which you can decorate with furniture and wallpaper. You can also buy clothes for your pet, which brings me to the currency for Pet Society.

The main currency of Pet Society is coins, which you get by selling your pets items and winning the race and stuff like that. It costs virtually no money at all. The second kind of currency is the one you have to pay for. Pet Society isn't made by Zynga, it's made by Playfish, but there's still items in the game that you have to pay real money to get. You pay for this using Playfish Cash. With Playfish Cash you can get exclusive and cool items, but for now most of the stuff is bought just using coins.

I know I didn't really go into a whole lot of detail on what all you can do it Pet Society, but that's because there is a TON of stuff to do. Some times it gets repeatable, but I am almost never bored in Pet Society. Which is why I am giving Pet Society five notifications for being really fun, not boring, and very customizable.

(I have no idea why this image came out so small)
